Business Profile: Authorized Representative
An authorized representative is a real person who can verify your business when its identity or compliance details are checked, for example during text messaging (A2P 10DLC) brand and campaign approval. If that's you, enter your own details.
Add your representative
- Go to Settings > Business Profile.
- Find the Authorized Representative section.
- Fill in:
- Name: the person's full legal first and last name.
- Email: an inbox they check. Verification questions are sent here.
- Job position: a title that shows they can speak for the business, such as Owner, CEO, or Compliance Officer.
- Phone number: a number they answer, including the country code, for time-sensitive verification calls or texts.
- Save.
Tips
- Use details that match your official business records.
- Don't use a shared or unmonitored inbox. A missed verification email can delay approval.
- Update this section if the person leaves the business.
