Contact Activity Tab on Mobile
The Activity tab on a contact in the FunnelStreams mobile app shows everything that's happened with that contact, newest first.
What you'll see
- Form submissions
- Calls
- Appointments
- Page visits
- Trigger link clicks
- Surveys and quizzes
- Payments
- Other contact events
Open it
- Open the FunnelStreams mobile app and go to Contacts.
- Tap a contact.
- Tap the Activity tab.
Filter the timeline
Long histories are easier to read with filters. Tap the filter icon and choose the activity types you want to see, such as only appointments or only payments. Clear the filter to see everything again.
See details
Tap any activity to see more, such as the answers on a form submission, the page that was visited, or the amount of a payment.
Mobile and desktop
The mobile timeline shows the same history as the desktop contact record. Some detailed views, like full form layouts, may be easier to read on desktop.
