Scheduled Triggers for Super Agents
A scheduled trigger starts a Super Agent at set times without anyone pressing a button. Each run uses the full agent, including its instructions, skills, and CRM actions.
Good uses include weekly reviews, daily summaries, reminders, and routine CRM updates.
Schedule modes
- Once runs one time at a date and time you choose.
- Set interval repeats every so many minutes, hours, days, weeks, or months. You can limit it to certain weekdays.
- Cron expression is for exact timing if you already know cron.
- Plain language lets you describe the schedule, such as "every weekday at 9 AM", and the builder sets it up.
When a repeating schedule ends
Choose no end date, an end date, or a maximum number of runs.
Set up a schedule
- Open the Super Agent in the builder.
- Add a Scheduled trigger.
- Choose the mode and fill in the timing.
- Check the timezone. Schedules use the timezone shown on the trigger.
- Add more schedules if the agent should run at different times.
- Publish the agent.
Schedules only run after the agent is published.
Check past runs
Open the agent's activity to see each scheduled run, when it ran, and what it did.
Super Agent or workflow?
Use a scheduled Super Agent when the work needs judgment, such as reviewing records and deciding what to do. Use a workflow with a schedule when the same fixed steps should run every time.
