Filter Contacts by Community Groups
The Groups filter in Smart Lists segments contacts by the community groups they belong to, without extra tags.
Use the filter
- Go to Contacts > Smart Lists.
- Click Filters.
- Find Groups. It's in the Client Portal section, or you can type "Groups" in the filter search.
- Choose one:
- is empty for contacts in no group.
- is not empty for contacts in any group.
- is for contacts in the groups you pick.
- Click Apply.
Save the list to reuse it, for example to message everyone in one community or to invite contacts who haven't joined a group yet.
