Activity Cards in Conversations
Activity cards show key updates about a contact right inside their conversation, so you don't have to switch between pages to stay up to date. Many cards also let you view or update the item straight from the conversation.
Types of activity cards
Opportunities
A card appears when an opportunity for the contact is created, updated, or deleted. You can view and update the opportunity from the card.
Appointments
A card appears when an appointment is booked, rescheduled, or canceled. Click View Appointment to open the details right in the conversation, where you can:
- See the title, date, and time
- See the assigned team member and the contact
- Open the meeting link and calendar details for virtual appointments
- See where it was booked, such as a conversation, a funnel, or manually
- Confirm, cancel, or reschedule
Do Not Disturb (DND)
A card appears when a contact is added to or removed from Do Not Disturb, so you know whether you can message them.
Invoices
A card appears when an invoice is sent or a payment is received. You can view and update the invoice from the card.
