Conversation Views: Save Your Filters
Conversation views save your most-used filters so you can switch focus in one click instead of rebuilding filters each time. For example:
- Unassigned conversations
- Conversations from certain channels
- High-priority chats with certain tags
Turn it on
Conversation views are in Labs. Turn on Conversation Views there to start using them.
Create a view
- Go to Conversations and find Views in the inbox panel.
- Click + Create View.
- Add your filters and name the view.
- The view is added to your inbox.
Views are private to the person who made them. Admins can share views with other team members.
Why use views
- Switch between common filters quickly
- Stay on top of unassigned or urgent conversations
- Spend less time setting filters
- Keep your team working from the same lists
