What attachment types can I send in Conversations?
Conversations supports these file types:
- Documents: .pdf, .doc, .docx, .txt, .csv, .xls, .xlsx, .pptx
- Images: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .svg
- Video: .mp4, .mpeg
- Audio: .mp3, .wav, .wave, .aiff, .aif, .aifc, .gsm, .ulaw
- Contacts: .vcf, .vcard
Why does Gmail send me a "Delivery incomplete" email when I use BCC from my synced inbox?
FunnelStreams uses a BCC address to log emails sent from your connected Gmail inbox. Gmail doesn't get a delivery receipt from that logging address, so it may send you a "Delivery incomplete" notice. Your email is usually still sent and logged in Conversations, so you can ignore the notice if the message shows in the conversation.
