View Form Submissions in Conversations

You can see a contact's form responses right in their conversation, so you can follow up without switching pages. This is an extra place to see submissions. They still show in Sites > Forms > Submissions too.

Turn it on for a form

  1. Go to Sites > Forms > Builder.
  2. Create or edit the form.
  3. Open the form's Settings tab.
  4. Turn on Create Conversation on Submission.
  5. Save the form.

View submissions

  1. Go to Conversations and open the contact's conversation.
  2. Find the form submission card in the thread.
  3. Click View Submission to see that response.
  4. Click Check all Form Submissions to see every submission for that form.

Filter for form conversations

  1. Open the filters menu in Conversations.
  2. Set Field to Last Message Channel, Condition to Is, and Value to Forms Submission.
  3. Click Apply.
You can reply from the same screen. Which channels you can use depends on the contact details the form collected.
