Conversation Filters, Bulk Actions, and Sorting
The left panel in Conversations helps you find the conversations you need and act on many at once.
Bulk actions
Select up to 100 conversations at a time, then:
- Mark as read
- Mark as unread
- Star
- Unstar
- Delete
Quick filters
Narrow your inbox by:
- Conversation type
- Assignee
- Last message channel: the channel of the latest message
- Last message type: the type of the latest outbound message
- Last message direction: inbound or outbound
- Last outbound message type
- Last outbound message action: manual or automated (messages from May 9, 2023 on)
Sort
Sort conversations Latest to oldest or Oldest to latest. Sorting works together with any filters you've applied.
Star a conversation
Click the star icon in the top-right of the conversation preview to star it. Click it again to remove the star.
