MM Lite Banner in Conversations
MM Lite is a newer way to send WhatsApp marketing messages, available to eligible WhatsApp accounts. If your account qualifies, you'll see an MM Lite banner right above the WhatsApp message box in Conversations.
Who sees the banner
Only accounts whose connected WhatsApp setup is eligible. If you don't see it, your account may not qualify yet.
Why switch
- It may improve delivery for supported marketing messages.
- It gives you a more reliable setup for messaging customers.
- You can start from Conversations, without leaving your inbox.
- You get new improvements as they're added to MM Lite.
How to switch
- Go to Conversations and open a WhatsApp conversation.
- Find the MM Lite banner above the message box.
- Click Get Started.
- Review the details and follow the steps on screen.
If you see the banner in your WhatsApp settings too, you can start from there instead.
Existing conversations
The banner doesn't interrupt your current WhatsApp conversations. Read any requirements shown during setup before you finish.
