Custom Object List View
The list view shows a custom object's records as a table, with one row per record and one column per field. You can scan and compare records without opening each one.
Sort records
Click the sort option, choose a field such as Created At or Updated At, and pick ascending or descending.
Choose columns
- Click the column or field settings button.
- Tick the fields to show and untick the ones to hide.
- Drag fields to change the column order.
- Save.
Your column choices only change the view. No data is removed.
Work from the list
- Click a record name to open its details.
- Use Advanced Filters to narrow the list.
- Select rows to run bulk actions like delete, email, or trigger automation.
