Set Up an Online Store
An online store gives your customers a storefront where they can browse products, add them to a cart, check out, and get an order confirmation.
1. Add your products
Go to Payments > Products and create the products you want to sell, with prices, images, descriptions, and variants. Turn on Include in online store for each product you want listed.
2. Connect a payment provider
Go to Payments > Integrations and connect a provider such as Stripe so you can accept payments.
3. Create the store
- Go to Sites > Websites and create a new website, or open an existing one.
- Add a store. The store pages are added for you, such as the product list, product details, cart, and checkout pages.
- Customize each page in the builder to match your brand.
- Publish the site.
4. Manage orders
- New orders show in Payments > Orders, and payments show in Payments > Transactions.
- Open an order to mark items as fulfilled and add shipment tracking details. Customers can be notified when their order ships.
Good to know
- You can sell one-time and recurring products.
- You can create more than one store in the same account.
- Deleting one of the store's pages asks if you want to delete the store. If you confirm, the store is removed.
- Place a test order before you launch.
