Connect Shopify to Import and Sync Store Data
The Shopify integration connects your Shopify store so your contacts, products, and orders can be used with your automations and reports.
Connect your store
New connections and reconnections use Shopify's secure sign-in (OAuth).
- Open the Shopify integration in your account.
- Enter your Shopify store address and click connect.
- Sign in to Shopify and approve the requested access.
If your store is already connected with the older custom app method and it's working, you don't need to do anything.
Import existing data
Choose which past records to bring in, such as customers, products, and orders. Imports run in the background and may take a while for large stores.
Turn on automatic sync
Turn on sync so new customers and orders keep coming in automatically.
Import vs. sync: an import is a one-time copy of past records. Sync keeps new and updated records coming in after you connect.
Troubleshooting
- If records are missing, check that the record type is turned on for import or sync.
- If the connection stops working, reconnect the store and approve access again.
