Offer Pickup in Store
Pickup in Store lets customers collect physical orders from one of your locations instead of paying for shipping.
Before you start
- Create and enable at least one pickup location. Pickup only shows at checkout once a location is enabled.
- Pickup applies to physical products.
Set up a pickup location
- Go to Payments > Settings > Shipping & Delivery and open the pickup settings.
- Add a location with its address.
- Add pickup instructions and the preparation time, such as "Ready in 2 hours".
- Set a pickup charge if you want one, and any taxes that apply.
- Enable the location and save.
At checkout
When a customer picks Pickup in Store, they choose a location. The shipping details section is removed and the pickup location is used as the order address.
After the order
The pickup location and instructions show on the order in Payments > Orders and in the customer's confirmation.
