Set Up Shipping Zones and Delivery Rates
Shipping zones let you set your own delivery charges by region, and conditional rates let you price shipping by weight or order total.
Create a shipping zone
- Go to Payments > Settings > Shipping & Delivery.
- Click Add Zone.
- Select the countries in the zone. You can pick specific states or provinces too.
- Click Add Rate and set the rate name and price. You can add a delivery time estimate.
- Save the zone.
Customers see the matching rates at checkout.
Add conditional pricing
You can make a rate apply only within a range:
- By product weight: for example, $5 for 0–2 lb and $10 for 2–10 lb.
- By order total: for example, $8 for orders under $50 and free shipping over $50.
Add a rate, choose the condition, and set the minimum and maximum.
Notes
- Add weights to your products for weight-based rates to work.
- If an address isn't covered by any zone, no rate shows. You can block checkout in that case.
