Check In Attendees at In-Person Events
At an in-person event, you can mark attendees as arrived using the FunnelStreams mobile app. Every attendee who buys a ticket or RSVPs gets a ticket with a QR code.
Check in with a QR code
- Open the FunnelStreams mobile app and go to Apps > Events.
- Select the event.
- Tap Scan to check in.
- Point the camera at the attendee's ticket QR code. They're checked in as soon as it scans.
Check in by hand
Use this when a code won't scan or someone lost their ticket.
- Open the event and go to the Attendees tab.
- Tap the attendee.
- Tap Check in.
From the same screen you can see the attendee's registration form answers, which helps confirm you have the right person.
Tips
Turn your screen brightness up and ask attendees to do the same for faster scans. Have a second phone logged in at busy doors.
