Stripe Plan Not Showing in Funnel Products

A Stripe plan doesn't show up in your funnel just because it exists in Stripe. You first import it into Payments > Products in your FunnelStreams account. Then you can pick it on your funnel's order form.

Which Stripe prices can be imported

| Requirement | What it means | | --- | --- | | Recurring | The price must be a recurring subscription price. | | Live mode | Test-mode prices can't be imported. | | Not metered | Metered prices aren't supported. | | Not already imported | Prices you already imported no longer show in the list. |
One-time Stripe prices can't be imported this way. Create one-time products directly in Payments > Products instead.

Import a Stripe plan and add it to a funnel

  1. Go to Payments > Products.
  2. Click Import From Stripe.
  3. Search for the Stripe product.
  4. Review its recurring prices and pick the one you want.
  5. Finish the import.
  6. Check that the product now shows under Payments > Products.
  7. Go to Sites > Funnels and open the funnel.
  8. Open the order form or product settings for the step.
  9. Select the imported product and its recurring price.
  10. Test the checkout, then save and publish.

Troubleshooting

| Problem | What to check | | --- | --- | | The price isn't in the import list | It may already be imported. Look for it under Payments > Products. | | The price is in test mode | Create the price in Stripe live mode and import that one. | | The price is one-time | Create a one-time product in Payments > Products instead. | | The price is metered | Metered prices can't be imported. Use a standard recurring price. | | You changed the price in Stripe | Changes in Stripe don't update the imported product. Import the new price. | | The product shows in Products but not in the funnel | Make sure you're in the same account, and that you're editing the right order form or step. |
