Introduction to Project Management
Project management puts tasks and projects inside your CRM, next to the contacts and opportunities they relate to. You plan work, assign it, and track it without a separate tool.
Where to find it
Go to Contacts and click the Tasks tab. Each task also has its own page link you can share with your team.
How work is organized
Work is arranged in a tree on the left side of the page.
- Spaces are the top level, such as Client Work or Operations. A space sets its own task statuses, custom fields, and members.
- Folders group related lists inside a space.
- Lists hold tasks for one project or process, such as New Client Onboarding.
- Tasks are single pieces of work.
What a task holds
Each task has a title, status, assignee, start and due dates, and priority. You can add a description, subtasks, comments, attachments, and links to contacts, companies, or opportunities.
Views

- List shows tasks as rows you can sort and filter.
