Media Controls from the Notification Tray
When you play a course lesson or other media in the FunnelStreams mobile app, you can control playback from your phone's notification tray. You don't have to reopen the app to pause or skip.
Update the FunnelStreams mobile app to the latest version on iOS or Android before you use this.
Use the controls
- Open the FunnelStreams mobile app.
- Go to a course, community, or other area with media.
- Start playing the media in the app.
- Swipe down from the top of the screen to open the notification tray.
- Pause, resume, or skip from the controls there.
- Tap the controls to return to the app.
If the controls don't appear
- Make sure playback started inside the app.
- Update the app to the latest version.
- Check that notifications are allowed for the app in your phone's settings.
- Close and reopen the app, then start playback again.
