Set Up a Live Chat Widget

A live chat widget gives visitors to your website or funnel a quick way to start a conversation with you.

Create the widget

  1. Go to Sites > Chat Widget and click New. Widget types include All-in-One Chat, SMS / Email Chat, Live Chat, and WhatsApp.
  2. Select Live Chat.
  3. Customize it to match your site.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Click Get Code and copy the embed code.

Add it with the embed code

  1. Go to Sites > Websites or Sites > Funnels and open the site.
  2. In the editor, click the Tracking Code icon (</>).
  3. Paste the embed code.
  4. Click Save.

Add it from settings

You don't need the code for this option.
  1. Go to Sites > Websites or Sites > Funnels and open the site's settings.
  2. Under Chat Widget, pick your live chat widget.
  3. Click Save.
