The Appointment Screen in the Mobile App
Open an appointment from Calendar in the FunnelStreams mobile app and everything about it is on one screen, organized in tabs.
Tabs
- Details: date, time, calendar, location or meeting link, status, and who it's assigned to. Confirm, reschedule, cancel, or change the status here.
- Attendees: who's booked, with quick buttons to call, text, or email them.
- Form Submission: the answers from the booking form. Default booking forms are supported.
- Notes: read and add notes about the appointment.
Set it up
There's nothing to turn on. Update the FunnelStreams mobile app to the latest version, open Calendar, and tap any appointment.
Tips
- Mark an appointment as showed or no-show right after the meeting so your workflows and reports stay accurate.
- Add notes on the go so your team has context for the next call.
