Trigger Links, Custom Values, WhatsApp Flows, and Snippets on Mobile
The message composer in the FunnelStreams mobile app has the same time-saving tools you use on desktop. Tap the + icon while replying to a contact to use them.
Trigger links
Insert a trackable link. When the contact clicks it, the click is recorded on their record and can start a workflow.
Custom values
Insert saved information, such as your booking link or business address, or contact details like the contact's first name. The values fill in automatically when the message sends.
WhatsApp flows
In WhatsApp conversations, send an interactive flow, such as a short form or menu, that you've built on desktop.
Snippets
Insert a saved reply. Snippets are great for answers you send often, like pricing questions or directions.
How to use them
- Open a conversation in the mobile app.
- Tap + next to the message box.
- Choose Trigger Links, Custom Values, WhatsApp Flows, or Snippets.
- Pick the item to insert, check the message, and send.
Create and edit trigger links, custom values, flows, and snippets on desktop. They show up in the mobile app automatically.
