Inbox Preview
What it is
Inbox Preview is a fourth option on the Email Builder's Preview screen, next to Desktop, Tablet and Mobile. The other previews show how your email looks in the builder. Inbox Preview shows real screenshots from actual email clients.
It helps you catch:
- Layout problems, such as columns that break or stack oddly
- Fonts, colors or images that render differently
- Dark mode issues
Run a preview
- Open your email in the Email Builder and click Preview.
- Select Inbox Preview.
- Choose the email clients to check. Common ones are selected for you.
- Click Run preview and wait for the screenshots.
- Click a screenshot to view it full size.
Tips
- Run a preview after big design changes and before important campaigns.
- Fix one problem at a time and re-run the preview to confirm.
- Inbox Preview may count against a usage allowance. Your available previews are shown on the screen.
