Generate a Brand Voice from Text or a URL

What it does

Create with Text or URL builds a complete Brand Voice for you. Give it a page that reflects your brand, or a 50–100 word description, and it drafts your tone, values and messaging.

Create your Brand Voice

  1. Go to Marketing → Brand Boards → Brand Voice.
  2. Click + Add Brand Voice.
  3. Choose the Text or URL option.
  4. Enter a name for the voice.
  5. Paste a URL or a 50–100 word description of your business, then click Continue.
  6. Review the generated tone, values and messaging. Edit anything that doesn't sound right.
  7. Click Save Brand Voice.

Customize it later

Open the Brand Voice any time to adjust it. Changes apply to future AI-written content.

Tips

  • Use your About page or homepage URL. They usually describe your business best.
  • In a description, mention who you serve, what you offer and how you want to sound (for example friendly, expert or playful).
