Set and Use Global Custom Colors in the Color Picker
Global Custom Colors are swatches you define in Brand Boards → Global Settings. They show up in the color picker in every builder.
Unlike Design Kit colors, which live inside one Brand Board, Global Custom Colors are available everywhere and sync to the designs that use them.
Add, edit and delete colors
- Go to Marketing → Brand Boards → Global Settings.
- Click Add New Color, enter a name and hex code, and save.
- To change a color, click Edit. Designs using that swatch update automatically.
- To remove a color, click Delete.
The Global Custom Colors section only appears in color pickers once you've created at least one color.
Use them in builders
- In an email, funnel, website, form or other builder, select an element.
- Open its color picker.
- Choose a swatch from Global Custom Colors.
Best practices
- Name by function: Primary, Secondary, Accent
- Plan rebrands: updating a global color changes every design that used it. Duplicate designs first if you need to keep old versions.
