Batch Schedule Email Campaigns
What batch scheduling is
Batch scheduling (also called drip mode) sends your campaign in batches at regular intervals instead of all at once. It's useful for large lists, warming up a new sending domain, and spreading out replies or sales calls.
Before you start
- Create the email you want to send.
- Make sure your sending domain is verified.
Set it up
- Go to Marketing → Emails → Campaigns and create or open a campaign.
- Design the email and send yourself a test.
- Click Send or Schedule and choose Batch Schedule.
- Set the start date and time.
- Set the batch quantity: the number of emails in each batch, not the number of batches. With 10,000 recipients and a batch quantity of 1,000, the campaign goes out in 10 batches.
- Set Repeat after: how long to wait between batches, in days, hours or minutes.
- Untick any days of the week you don't want to send on.
- Set the daily start and end time for sending. The end time can't be earlier than the start time.
- Choose your recipients, then click Schedule.
Manage a batch campaign
From the campaigns list, use the three-dot menu to pause, resume or cancel the campaign. You can also resend to contacts who didn't open.
