Pause, Resume or Cancel a Scheduled Email Campaign
What each control does
- Pause: temporarily stops a campaign. You can resume it later.
- Resume: restarts a paused campaign. If you resume before the original send time, it sends on schedule. If you resume after, sending starts right away.
- Cancel: permanently stops a scheduled campaign. A canceled campaign can't be resumed.
These controls work for Schedule, Batch Schedule and RSS Schedule campaigns.
How to use them
- Go to Marketing → Emails → Campaigns.
- Find the scheduled campaign.
- Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to it.
- Select Pause, Resume or Cancel.
Pause or reschedule?
Use Pause to stop a campaign for now and decide later. Use Reschedule when you already know the new date and time. Reschedule at least 60 minutes before the scheduled send time.
