Create Email Sequences with Email AI
Instead of building each email by hand, describe your sequence, answer a few questions, and Email AI plans and writes it.
Step 1: Open Create with AI
- Go to Marketing → Emails → Campaigns → Email sequences.
- Click Create with AI at the top right, next to + New.
Step 2: Describe your sequence
In the prompt box, describe the goal, the audience and what each email should do. Then click Generate.
- Click a starter idea, such as Welcome new subscribers, Re-engage customers or Follow up after a webinar, to prefill the prompt.
- Attach reference material with the paperclip, or dictate with the microphone.
Example: "Create a welcome sequence for new subscribers that introduces the brand, sets expectations for what we send and points them to our best resource."
Step 3: Answer the setup questions
Email AI asks a few quick questions, such as who should receive the sequence and which verified address should send it. Tap an answer, or choose Something else to type your own.
Step 4: Review the plan
Email AI shows a plan: the number of emails, their timing and what each one covers. Change anything you want, then approve it so Email AI writes the emails.
Step 5: Confirm and schedule
Review each email, make edits in the chat or the editor, then confirm the audience and schedule and activate the sequence.
