Preview and Test Your Emails
Previewing and testing lets you catch mistakes before your email reaches your contacts.
Templates are reusable designs. Campaigns are the emails you actually send. You can preview and test both.
Preview and send a test
- Go to Marketing → Emails and open a campaign or template in the Design Editor.
- Click Preview at the top right and check the Desktop, Tablet and Mobile views.
- To send a test, click the three dots next to Preview and select Test Email.
- Choose the sender email, add a sender name, choose who receives it, and add the preview text and subject.
- Click Send Test Email.
The unsubscribe link doesn't work in test emails.
What to check
- Links and buttons go to the right pages
- Images load and have alt text
- Custom values fill in correctly
- The email reads well on a phone
