Use the Email AI Editor
What Email AI is
Email AI is an AI email builder in Marketing → Emails. Instead of starting from a blank canvas or template, you describe the email you want, such as a newsletter, product launch or welcome email, and it builds a draft.
With Email AI you can:
- apply your default Brand Board (logo and colors) automatically
- make changes by chatting, with no design skills needed
- view and edit the HTML side by side with a live preview
Create an email with AI
- Go to Marketing → Emails and create a new campaign or template.
- Choose to build with Email AI.
- Describe the email: its purpose, audience, key message and call to action.
- Email AI builds the draft.
Refine it by chatting
Ask for changes in plain language: "Make the headline shorter", "Add a testimonial section", "Change the button to say Book now".
Edit the code and use visual edits
- Open the code view to edit the HTML directly.
- Use visual edits to adjust fonts, colors and spacing without code.
Finish and send
When you're happy, save the email. Convert it to the standard editor if you want drag-and-drop editing, then preview, test and send or schedule it as usual.
