Email Builder Autosave
Autosave protects your email campaign drafts while you work. It's on automatically. There's nothing to set up.
How it works
- Autosave starts as soon as you open the Email Builder to create or edit a campaign.
- Your work is saved every 30 seconds in the background, without interrupting you.
- Autosaved drafts are kept as separate versions in your campaigns list.
Recover an autosaved draft
If your browser closes or your connection drops:
- Go to Marketing → Emails → Campaigns.
- Look for the campaign marked as autosaved. It shows when it was last saved.
- Open the draft and review the content.
- Keep editing, or save it under a new name.
Autosaved drafts stay in your list until you delete them or save over them.
Tips
- Delete autosaved drafts you no longer need so your list stays tidy.
- Still save manually at important points. Autosave is a safety net, not a replacement.
- Give campaigns clear names before you start, so drafts are easy to match up later.
