Save and Reuse Items in the Email Builder

Saved items are design pieces you store once and reuse, such as a branded header, footer or promo section. They're available in every Design Editor template in your account.
Saved items work in the Design Editor only. They aren't available in the AI Editor.

Save an item

  1. Go to Marketing → Emails → Templates and open a template in the Design Editor.
  2. Hover over the element, section or layout you want to keep.
  3. Click the Save icon on its toolbar.
  4. A confirmation appears when it's saved.

Reuse a saved item

  1. Open the Saved Items panel from the left toolbar.
  2. Find the item.
  3. Drag it into your email.
  4. Edit its content or styling as needed. You can reuse the same item as often as you like.

Rename or delete

  1. Open the Saved Items panel and search for the item.
  2. Click the three-dot menu next to it.
  3. Choose Rename or Delete.
Can't find an item? Check that you're in the Design Editor and in the same account where you saved it.
