Image Element in the Email Builder
The Image element adds pictures to your email, such as banners, product photos or graphics.
Keep images under 1 MB and use JPG or PNG so emails load quickly.
Add an image
- Go to Marketing → Emails → Templates.
- Open a template or click + New.
- Click Add Elements (+) in the left sidebar.
- Drag the Image element into your layout.
- Click the image to open the Edit tab, where you can:
- upload an image from your computer
- use an image URL instead
- set the width and height, or let it scale automatically
- add a link so the image is clickable
- align it left, center or right
- add padding around it
- Optionally, open the Visibility tab to show the image only on certain devices or to certain contacts.
- Preview in desktop and mobile view.
Add alt text so readers know what the image shows if it doesn't load.
