Import Courses from Kajabi
The course importer brings your Kajabi courses into FunnelStreams, including modules, lessons, and content.
Open the importer
Go to Memberships > Courses > Products, click Create Product, and choose Import.
Step 1: Create a learner account
- In the import screen, copy the email address the importer gives you.
- In Kajabi, create a new contact with that email and give it access to the course you want to move.
- Set a password for that learner and log in once to activate it.
Step 2: Connect the importer
- Back in the importer, enter the learner password.
- Enter your Kajabi learner login domain, the address where students log in.
- Click Import.
Step 3: Review the course
When the import finishes, the course appears in your products. Check each lesson, add any missing files, and set up an offer before you share it.
Best practices
- Import one course at a time.
- Make sure the learner account has access to every module and lesson.
- Large video libraries can take a while to import.
- Students aren't moved. Import or invite them separately.
