Post Creation Nudges in Communities
Post creation nudges are prompts that pop up right after an important moment, such as creating a course, creating an event, or finishing a course. Each nudge opens a post that's already written, with the right links and mentions, so you can share the news in a click.
This feature is part of the new community experience and is rolling out gradually.
When nudges appear
- You create a course: share it with your community so members know it's available.
- You create an event: announce it and invite members to register.
- A member finishes a course: celebrate their win, with the member mentioned automatically.
How to use a nudge
- Complete the action, such as publishing a course.
- When the nudge appears, click Share or Create post.
- Review the pre-filled message. Edit the text, choose a channel, and add images if you like.
- Click Publish, or dismiss the nudge if you don't want to post.
Tips
- Personalize the pre-filled text so it sounds like you.
- Celebrate member wins publicly. It encourages others to keep going.
