Share Meeting Recordings as Community Posts
Share as post lets you put a meeting recording into your community in a few clicks. You don't need to download the video and upload it again.
Before you share
- The recording must be finished processing.
- You need permission to post in the community you choose.
Share a recording
- Open the recording, for example from the community's Recordings Hub.
- Click Share as post.
- Choose the community and channel.
- Review the post. The recording is already attached, and you can edit the title and text.
- Click Publish.
Tips
- Add a short summary and timestamps so members can jump to the parts they need.
- Use a dedicated channel, like "Replays," so recordings are easy to find.
Troubleshooting
- No Share as post button: the recording may still be processing. Try again in a few minutes.
- Community not listed: check you're an admin or allowed to post there.
