Course Filters in Communities
On your community's Learning tab, members can filter courses by Topic, Difficulty, and Language, and sort by Title, Newest, or Oldest.
Filters help members sort through courses they can already see. They don't change who has access.
Set up course details
The filters use details you add to each course.
- Open the course in the course builder.
- Go to the course settings or details.
- Set the topic, difficulty (such as Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced), and language.
- Save.
Courses without these details still show, but they won't match those filters.
How members use filters
- Open the Learning tab.
- Choose one or more filters.
- Sort the results.
- Clear filters to see every course again.
Tips
- Use a small, consistent set of topics.
- Fill in details for every course so filters stay useful as your library grows.
