Build and Launch a Course
Courses let you create, organize, publish, and sell online learning from your FunnelStreams account. Courses are included on every plan.
Step 1: Create the course
- Go to Memberships > Courses > Products.
- Click Create New, then Start from Scratch or pick a template.
- Add the course title, description, and a thumbnail image.
- Click Save.
Step 2: Build your content
In the course editor:
- Add categories (modules) to group your lessons.
- Add lessons with video, audio, text, files, quizzes, and assignments.
- Drag and drop to reorder.
- Set lessons to Published or Draft, and use drip settings to release content over time.
Upload limits depend on the file type, so keep very large videos compressed.
Step 3: Create an offer
An offer is what people buy or join to get access.
- Go to Memberships > Courses > Offers and click Create Offer.
- Name it and add the courses it includes.
- Set the price: free, one-time, subscription, or payment plan.
- Publish the offer.

Step 4: Sell it
- Add the offer to a funnel or website with an order form.
- Share the offer's checkout link.
- Enroll people automatically with a workflow, for example with the Grant offer access action after a purchase or tag.
Step 5: Student access
Students log in to your courses through your Client Portal or course login page. Connect a branded domain under Settings > Domains & URL Redirects (click + Connect a domain) so students see your address.
Tips
- Start with a small course and add to it.
- Preview the course as a student before you launch.
- Send a welcome email with the login link right after someone joins.
