Send Automatic Sales Receipts
Automatic sales receipts send your customer proof of purchase right after they pay.
Turn on receipts
Go to Payments > Settings > Receipts and turn on automatic receipts.
Customize your receipts
- Receipt title: set a title that matches your brand.
- Numbering: add a prefix and starting number, like RCPT-1001.
- Email template: customize the email that goes out with the receipt, or pick one of your own templates.
How delivery works
- Receipts are sent automatically after a successful payment.
- They go to the email address the customer entered at checkout.
- Each receipt includes the items, amount paid, and payment details.
