Track Gift Card Performance
The Gift Cards dashboard, under Payments > Gift Cards, shows how your gift card program is doing.
Filters
Pick a date range and filter the dashboard to focus on a period or product.
Metrics
- Total gift cards issued: how many gift cards were sold or sent.
- Total value issued: the combined value of those gift cards.
- Average order value: the average amount per gift card order.
- Unique customers: how many different people bought or received gift cards.
- Top amounts: which amounts are most popular.
Gift card orders
The orders page lists every gift card, with the buyer, recipient, value, remaining balance, and status. Open one to see its full history.
