Modify an Existing Subscription
You can change a subscription when a customer's needs change, without canceling it and starting over.
What you can change
- Add products: they need the same billing frequency and currency as the subscription.
- Remove products: they won't be billed in future cycles.
- Change quantities: anywhere from 1 to 1,000.
- Change dates: change the start date if the subscription hasn't started yet, or the end date if it's active.
Make a change
- Go to Payments > Subscriptions.
- Open the subscription and click Modify Subscription.
- Make your changes.
- Review the preview of the new amount and next billing date.
- Save.
Changes apply from the next billing cycle.
