How to Bulk Edit Opportunities
Bulk edit updates many opportunities at once, such as moving them to a new stage or giving them a new owner.
Select opportunities
- Go to Opportunities and pick the pipeline.
- Choose how to select:
- Card view: select opportunities inside the stages, then click Edit.
- List view: tick the box next to each opportunity, or tick the header box to select the whole page. Use List view to work across all pipelines.
Update fields
- Click Edit in the bulk actions bar.
- Choose the fields to change, such as stage, status, owner, value, or source.
- Enter the new values.
- Click Update and confirm.
Only the fields you choose are changed. Everything else stays the same.
Tips
- Filter the list first so you only select the deals you mean to change.
- Check Bulk Actions for progress on large updates.
