Connect Google Meet
Google Meet creates a video link for each appointment, so you never have to make meeting links by hand.
How it works
Google Meet is included with your Google Calendar connection. Once Google Calendar is connected, each new appointment can get its own Meet link, which is added to the calendar event and the confirmation.
Connect it
- Go to Settings > Calendars > Connections.
- Connect your Google Calendar if you haven't already.
- In Video Conferencing, confirm Google Meet is listed.
Use it on a calendar
- Open Calendars > Settings and edit the calendar.
- Set the Meeting Location to Google Meet.
- Save.
New bookings now include a Meet link. Add the meeting link custom value to your confirmation and reminder messages so contacts get it.
If links aren't created
- Make sure the calendar's linked Google Calendar has write access.
- Confirm the location is set to Google Meet on that calendar.
- Links are only created for new bookings, not past ones.
Remove it
Disconnect Google Calendar or change the calendar's meeting location. Existing links keep working until those events are deleted in Google.
