Connect Your Calendly Account
If you still take bookings in Calendly, you can connect it so those events show up as appointments in FunnelStreams.
What you need
A Calendly account and at least one Calendly calendar you're part of.
Connect Calendly
- Go to Settings > Calendars > Connections.
- Click Add New and choose Calendly.
- Sign in to Calendly and approve access.
- Pick the Calendly calendars to sync.
- Allow FunnelStreams to fetch events.
How syncing works
New Calendly bookings are added as appointments, and contacts are created for new bookers. Changes made in Calendly, such as reschedules and cancellations, are updated too.
Change which calendars sync
Open the Calendly connection and update the selected calendars.
Remove Calendly
Disconnect it from Connections. You can choose to keep or delete the appointments that were already synced.
Limits
Syncing goes one way, from Calendly into FunnelStreams. Appointments you create in FunnelStreams aren't sent to Calendly.
