Weekly Working Hours and Date-Specific Hours

Your calendar availability has two layers. Weekly working hours are your usual schedule. Date-specific hours change that schedule for particular dates.

Weekly working hours

These repeat every week. For example, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8 AM to 6 PM.
  1. Edit the calendar and open the Availability tab.
  2. Set hours for each day, and add more than one block in a day if you take a break.
  3. Turn off days you don't work.
  4. Save.

Date-specific hours

These override your weekly hours for the dates you choose.
  • Day off: mark a holiday as unavailable.
  • Different hours: open only 10 AM to 2 PM on one date.
  • Extra day: open a Saturday you don't usually work.
  1. In the Availability tab, find Date-specific hours.
  2. Pick the date or dates.
  3. Set the hours, or mark the day unavailable.
  4. Save.

Good to know

Date-specific hours always win over weekly hours on those dates. Bookings that already exist are not cancelled when you change hours.
