Let Customers Choose a Staff Member on Round Robin Calendars
On round robin calendars, bookings are usually shared out across your team. With staff selection turned on, the person booking can choose a specific team member instead, or leave it to anyone available.
This is useful when clients have a favourite stylist, trainer, or advisor.
Turn it on
- Go to Calendars > Settings and edit the round robin calendar.
- Find the staff selection option in the team or booking settings.
- Turn on Allow booking with a specific team member.
- Save.
People now see a team member picker. Choosing Any available shows times for the whole team.
Rescheduling
- From the contact's appointments or the Calendars appointment list: you can keep the same team member or choose another.
- When the client reschedules: their original team member is kept where possible, based on your reschedule preference.
Good to know
- Team members who are away or off for the day don't show availability.
- Daily booking limits per team member still apply.
- Remove someone from the calendar's team if they leave your business.
