Buffer Time Before and After Appointments
Buffers add time before (pre) or after (post) each appointment. That time can't be booked.
How it affects availability
If an appointment is 30 minutes with a 15-minute post buffer, the next open slot starts 45 minutes later. Buffers can show as light blocks in the day and week views so you can see them.
Set it up
- Go to Calendars > Settings and edit the calendar.
- Open the Availability tab.
- Set Pre buffer and Post buffer times.
- Save.
Tips
Use a pre buffer for travel or setup, and a post buffer for notes and follow-up.
