Rooms and Equipment

Rooms and equipment let service businesses reserve the spaces and tools a booking needs.
  • Room: any place where a service happens, such as a treatment room or studio.
  • Equipment: a tool or device used for a service, such as a laser machine or massage table.

Create a room

  1. Go to Calendars > Settings and open Rooms.
  2. Click Create Room.
  3. Add the name, capacity, and description.
  4. Save.

Create equipment

  1. Open Equipment.
  2. Click Create Equipment.
  3. Add the name and how many you have.
  4. Save.

Link them to services

Edit a service calendar and choose the rooms and equipment it needs. Each booking then reserves them.

Avoid double bookings

Times when every needed room or piece of equipment is in use aren't offered for booking.
