Meeting rooms include screen sharing tools that make shared content easier to see and hear.
Features
- Full-screen mode: expand shared content to fill your screen.
- Zoom controls: zoom in on small text or details, then zoom back out.
- System audio: share sound from your computer, such as a video you're playing.
- Better quality: sharper text and smoother motion.
Share your screen
- Join the meeting room.
- Click Share screen.
- Choose a tab, window, or your whole screen.
- To include sound, tick the share audio option in your browser's prompt.
Watch shared content
Click the full-screen button on the shared view. Use the zoom controls to look closer.
Tips
Chrome or Edge gives the best results. Sharing a single tab is the most reliable way to share audio.
