Service Calendars
A service calendar is built for businesses that offer in-person services, such as salons, spas, and clinics.
Turn on service scheduling
Go to Calendars > Settings > Preferences and turn on service-based scheduling.
Create a service
- Click Create Calendar and choose Service Calendar.
- Add the service name, description, duration, and price.
- Put it in a category, such as Hair or Skin.
- Assign staff.
Availability and time rules
Services follow each staff member's hours. Add buffers before or after, and set how far ahead people can book.
Information and payments
Add a booking form, and take full payment or a deposit at booking.
Presentation
Add an image and description so the service looks good on your service menu.
Rooms and equipment
Link rooms and equipment so each booking reserves them.
